Not so lazy Sunday afternoon

With no Marisa this week, Chris and Alan talk about the not so lazy Sunday afternoon. The guys start with some news around the league. Corey Hertzog rode his hot August nights into a beautiful September start. His two goals helped him into second place all time on the goal scoring list. Hertzog was also named to the team of the week.

The other guy who had a not so lazy Sunday afternoon was Tumi Moshobane. Tumi has had quite a good campaign. Alan talks about his love of Tumi and his smile. I think everyone loves Tumi.

After that, the guys talk about John Morrisssey from the USL tactics twitter account. He has been putting out some quality content, so go check it out.

Next, the guys chatted about the Los Dos match. They highlighted the good and the bad from the match. The good was the team fought hard to get 4 goals, but unfortunately couldn’t keep a clean sheet again. Loyal had to fight through the Sunday afternoon heat. What was different between this match and others? Check it out for the answer. The not so lazy Sunday afternoon came to an end with a huge 3 points and moved into second place.

Before the last thoughts, the guys chatted about Oakland. They highlighted The Roots play and who to look out for. It’ll be a tough one for San Diego, but the guys give their score predictions.

They then catch up with Chris about his efforts with the Black Diamonds supporters group. Check out social for links to support his efforts.
