Loyal Roundtable hosted by 2 Balls and a Mic

This is a very special episode of Fair Weather Podcast, as fellow podcasters 2 Balls and a Mic hosted a Loyal roundtable. We joined the hosts of 2 Balls along with members of the Locals supporters group, The Loyalist Podcast, and Cesar Hernandez.

After introductions, we took turns talking about how we all got started in podcasting for local soccer. There were some great stories. A couple of absent people were shouted out including our very own Marisa and friend of the pod Dike.

Next, we talked a little bit about our experiences with the team and remembered the first game together. We talked about Lucha Libre and then how Alan saved Jerry’s life at the first match. After that, we discussed some players and the season. We talked about successes and some things that might be improved going forward.

We ended the Loyal Roundtable by talking about our MVPs. There was a lot of hard work recognized both on and off the pitch. Some were predictable, but some of them were deep cuts for instance Collin Martin.

Cesar admits he puts hummus on tacos and that he is not a fan of Jim on The Office…

Hopefully this is the first in many to come. Cesar points out that we can hope the next one will be in person.
