Chris and Alicia preview New Mexico United’s rivalry match against Phoenix Rising FC.
They set the stage talking about the 2019 season and what has started the fans talking about a rivalry for New Mexico United. The banter that has ensued back and forth between rival Supporter groups, Red Fury and The Curse.
Next, they discussed Phoenix Rising FC 2020 roster to include one Santi Moar, who left and went to the conference rival and spent some time talking about the fans’ reactions to him leaving and even toiled in how Moar is doing this season and if the new fans are getting what they imagined. They are getting a rivalry match between the two sides.
Chris introduces the tactical discussion by bringing up El Paso Locomotive’s match against Rising last week. Alicia weighs in on what Phoenix Rising FC does well on their attack and how United need to adjust. They spend the remainder of the pod further discussing Phoenix Rising FC defensive hold, United’s attack and defensive strategy up to this point.
