Christine Cupo Delights on Ep. 14

Episode 14 brings another wonderful guest to Fair Weather Podcast. This time it is Christine Cupo. She chats with Marisa, Alan, and Chris about quite a lot of topics. She talks about how she got involved with pick up soccer in New York City. Christine talked about how she joined a group without really knowing anyone. The end of the story ends up with her organizing games. She also talks about one of the leagues where she has to “babysit” certain teams.

Next, she talks about how what she has been doing during the lockdown and how she has stayed so positive throughout. Christine self-quarantined earlier that most in New York. She talks about how she tries to stay active and how her dog Gigi helps, or is it the other way around?

The topics also include which kit Christine really wants that she doesn’t have and what she’s been cooking (and baking). We talk about women’s sports and how we can use this time to amplify those voices that are in the game already. We discuss bringing women’s sports back when it is safe, but earlier than men’s sports.
