S3 E30 No Winner, Just Chicken Dinner – Talking New Mexico United

Chris and Alicia sit down to talk about New Mexico United’s near game-winner in El Paso and preparing for Austin Bold FC.

Since Alicia wasn’t able to make it out to El Paso last weekend for the Derby Del Camino Real, Chris fills her in on all his post-game adventures including his near game-winner chicken dinner (consolation for the draw) and almost getting stuck in Chucotown. We hear takes from El Paso Head Coach Mark Lowry, New Mexico Head Coach Troy Lesesne and players: Kalen Ryden, Harry Swartz, and Devon Sandoval on the goal scoring sequence.

Lastly, Chris and Alicia talk about the match against Austin Bold FC. It’s the first home game at The Lab in 574 days. Chris plays the audio from this week’s presser and Alicia reacts to what she heard. The two of them talk about what it’s going to take for United to pull out a winner in front of the fans.
