The banter between the clubs is “Who has the best chile?” So, maybe one day this series will be known as Copa de Chile, but for now it remains unnamed. The local commentary team said United’s Chris Wehan’s name so many times during the broadcast due to Wehan’s impact on this season’s edition of the fixtures. Chris and Alicia spend time talking about United’s run of play, clever plays and cringe-worthy decisions that were made on the pitch.
Next, Chris welcomes on Mikka Burrell from rival podcast Seriously Loco to discuss this weekend’s match between El Paso Locomotive and New Mexico United. Chris and Mikka talk about Locomotive’s newest signings, the fan experience, and tactics that will help each team’s chances of pulling away with 3 points. Chris Wehan and Devon Sandoval have been scoring factors in this match up. Mikka talks about Locomotive’s latest defensive additions that may add a new dynamic to the run of play.
