League One Fun – Episode 66: 2020 Prediction Show!

2020 Prediction Show!

Ira and Jason are back to bring you their 2020 USL League One predictions. Ira is high on New England Revs II and Jason thinks this is the do or die year of Chattanooga. They both give their predictions on standout players, dark horse teams, and which teams rank the best on offense and defense. And while they both agree that Union Omaha look strong in their first year, you won’t believe who Ira has missing the playoffs.

But That’s Not All…

The duo also talks about the new signings in the league, including how Brek Shea’s last chance of professional soccer in America runs through Fort Lauderdale, why FC Tucson have looked a lot stronger in the past couple of weeks with their recent grabs, how Greenville and Tormenta continue to add depth to help avoid their past season mistakes, and why it’s possible we could see Damarcus Beasley in USL League One. Yes, I’m serious.

Finally in this Super Sized Show

Last but not least, the guys answer listener questions including which team has the most pressure to make the playoffs, how will the coronavirus play a role this season, and what are the benefits and cons of having MLS 2 sides in the league.
