League One Fun – Ep. 62: Player Interviews

On this week’s episode of League One Fun it’s a players interview special as we close in on the start of the 2020 USL League One season. First up Jason speaks with Richmond Kickers’ Victor Falk on signing his first professional contract and his journey of driving two hours every day to play in the Richmond Kicker’s Academy. Falk is the first player to make the jump from Richmond United (academy) to the professional team.

Then we talk with Indy Eleven’s Conner Antley on his journey from almost giving up soccer for a career at Chick-Fil-A to being defensive player of the year and the first USL League One player. Then discuss his decision to make the jump to USL Championship for the upcomign season and brining in a transfer fee for his prior club.

And finally a chat with Union Omaha’s Daltyn Knutson from the new 2020 expansion side. He discusses what he learned from his first season in the league with South Georgia Tormenta and the reason why he wanted and is excited for a new start in Omaha.
