Grant Stoneman’s Interview with FWP

On another special edition of the Fair Weather Podcast, San Diego Loyal defender Grant Stoneman for a chat. Alan, Marisa, and Chris are excited to talk to this up and coming defender who plays a big role for SD Loyal. Because the team only plays three at the back, Grant has a big job on that back line. He talks about his early days playing more up front and being more of an offensive threat. Next, he talks a little bit about his transitions both from college to pro, but moving further back.

Grant talks about his transition to San Diego and how coach Nate Miller was a part of that. He talked about winning “player of the week” while on Lansing Ignite. He also talked about a big goal he scored in the game that won him that award.

After that, he did talk about where his career might go and what he has been doing while on lock down. Fair Weather Podcast featured Grant Stoneman in an article in BGN’s Lockdown Lowdown series. He talked about what he might want to do, and maybe some social media hits with him learning Spanish. He also gives us the behind the scenes of how has the best musical taste on the team. Although, he did play it safe on who had the worst musical taste.
