90Plus Podcast: Episode 41 – Everything but a 10 w/ Michael McColl and Ricardo Clark

Ben Righetti, co-host of the 90Plus Podcast, is joined by AFTN Canada’s Michael McColl to chat about a busy last week or so for the Whitecaps. First and foremost, the signings of Bruno Gaspar and Caio Alexander took centre stage. For listeners that don’t typically follow the Caps, it has been a quiet offseason, so two signings is always awesome. Ben and Michael also dive into comments made in the week by Marc Dos Santos and Axel Schuster, the difficulties of this preseason, and the importance of getting five players called up to the U23 Olympic Qualifying squad.

To wrap up the show, Ben welcomes on the new Assistant Coach for Vancouver, Houston Dynamo legend Ricardo Clark. Clark comments on what he hopes to achieve in this position, his one-on-one coaching style, why he believes Vancouver was a good fit, and more. The interview with Ricardo starts at 53:02.
